This Family Conference is completely in Spanish, with childcare available throughout the weekend, and seeks to build bridges between the Latino community and the educational system in the United States.

Submit your completed application to your regional organizer by Friday, October 31, 2025. Details on transportation and departure times will be shared closer to the conference date.

Youth Leadership Conference

6-day leadership conference transforming youth into advocacy leaders. Students will be introduced to the building blocks of leadership.

Future Leaders of America Master Achievers (FLAMAS)

A youth-led space that engages young people with leadership, advocacy, and educational opportunities. The groups meet on a bi-weekly basis in Port Hueneme, Oxnard, Carpinteria, Santa Barbara, and Santa Maria.

University Seminars

Inspiring youth to enter higher education through exploring different college campuses, and learning about admissions requirements, financial aid, student life, and career opportunities.
